HISTORY
Mel and Libby Owen established Mel Owen Music in Louisville, Kentucky over 30 years ago. Since that time,
Mel Owen Music has been known for friendly customer service and expert instrument advice. Professional musicians are on staff to assist players from beginners to professionals with their musical purchases, and our NAPBIRT certified repair technicians are on site to ensure fast, expert repairs.

Mel Owen Music is strongly committed to music education. In addition to providing music lessons in our store, we offer affordable rental programs for students participating in school music courses or studying with a private teacher.
