Repair Staff

BAND INSTRUMENT REPAIR

Wayne Wellman has been on the repair staff of Mel Owen Music since 1986. He has trained at the Allied Instrument Repair School, the Yamaha Band Instrument Repair Workshop, and the Yamaha Band Instrument Repair Advanced Workshop. He is a member of the National Association of Band Instrument Repair Technicians, the International Double Reed Society, and the American Federation of Musicians. Mr. Wellman holds a BFA in Music Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and is an Artist in Residence and member of the woodwind faculty at Bellarmine University.
